How far is Xi Village from the beach ?
Xi Village’s is just 130m approx, meaning no more than 2-3minutes’ walk towards the amazing Xi beach.
Other beaches like: Megas Lakos, Kounopetra etc are also within a 10 minute-drive radius

Is there a baby cot provided?
Yes, baby cot can be provided for children/infants up to 2 years old upon request.
Does it have a kitchen to cook on ??
Some unit types in Xi Village have kitchen/kitchenette facilities and some don't.
In our 'Units" menu page you can find all the information for each type of unit.
All units share the common facilities of kettle and a small fridge.
Your reservation depending on chosen unit type is based either on "BB - Bed & Breakfast" basis or on "Self-Catering (Room-Only)" basis with extra option of Breakfast with additional cost.
When do you have availability and which are the prices ?
The availability and prices can be shown in the Menu tab “Book Now” page. There you can see the available dates & units in real-time and if you wish proceed and make your reservation.

I have questions about my reservation
For questions that concern: remaining balance and payment, as well as other info you may have entered when you made your reservation, you can visit the Menu tab “Book Now” page and press the button “Search Bookings” located on the upper-right corner. Once you enter your reservation’s file number and your email address, you’ll find the info you need.

Can I check in early?
Check in time is approx. at 14:30. For earlier check-in you can advise with the personnel onsite.
If you arrive earlier at the accommodation, you can sit and relax by the pool until its time to check-in to your unit.

I arrive late. What time is the check-in?
Check in time is from approx.14:30 until 21:00.
Check-in after 21:00 must be requested & approved from the Bookings Department. Bookings Department can be contacted by email or phone call.

Can I check out later on?
Check out time is up to 10:00. Any Late check-out must be requested & approved from the Bookings Department which will inform you also about the terms of it, in case it can be confirmed.

- Any items from the Shop/Bar have extra cost
- "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" is an additional fee of 2,00€ per unit, per day that is paid locally at the accommodation.
